Independent Senior Consultant — Business Development, Capacity Building & Strategic Partnerships
Mr. Kishore is a results-oriented business leader with 20+ years across management consulting, business growth, and technology-enabled transformation, spanning public and private sectors in the IT/ICT services industry. He has built new business divisions from the ground up and managed profit-center operations across India, combining strategic planning with rigorous program execution.
His core strengths include strategy planning and re-engineering, new business and profit-center management, business development and solutions leadership, as well as program and risk management for large, complex initiatives. He holds an MS in Management from BITS Pilani, bringing a structured management lens to partnerships, go-to-market, and execution.
Kishore has led multi-stakeholder programs that modernized mission-critical systems and public infrastructure: consulting for major ports (SAP/RFID/CCTV/change management), mining tenement and star-rating systems, avionics development programs, e-auction modernization for the Tobacco Board (BOO model), World Bank–supported taxation revamp in Assam, PMIS for Odisha (ADB-funded), APTRANSCO ERP feasibility, Assam State-Wide Area Network (ASWAN), Passport Seva expansion into tier-2 cities, Panchayat systems for Karnataka, service-delivery assessment in Punjab (Suvidha), UID program management, and imports/exports operationalization at FSSAI.
Beyond delivery, he is active in ecosystem development — serving (and having served) as an external consultant with NISG and NITI Aayog, advising boards in technology and development, and contributing as an industry-educational advisor and visiting faculty with leading universities. These roles complement his partnership-driven approach to business development, capacity building, and strategic alliances.
At Case Veda, Kishore focuses on unlocking high-value collaborations with academic institutions and enterprises — structuring multi-year subscriptions, co-creation programs, and scalable implementations — so partners realize measurable outcomes from strategy to execution. This mandate aligns with Case Veda’s dual-lens value proposition of global practice grounded in Indic insight, enabling partnerships that translate knowledge into impact at scale.
