FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQs)

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQs)

CONTENT & PEDAGOGY

Q1. How are Case Veda’s cases different from regular business cases?
A. Case Veda’s cases are based on Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS). They fuse real business scenarios with Indic frameworks (Dharma, Karma, Yukti, Niti) to build ethical clarity + strategic rigor. Outcomes: sharper decision-making, contextual leadership, and cultural fluency.

Q2. Is this religious or ideological?
A. No. We use epics and treatises as civilizational source texts, mapped to universal leadership and strategy principles. Content is secular, evidence-led, and classroom-safe.

Q3. What’s the academic rigor?
A. Each case includes: case summary, learning objectives, target audience, teaching notes, teaching strategy, teaching approach, discussion prompts, assessment rubrics, and references. Peer review + editorial standards ensure accuracy and balance.

Q4. Do you have sector-specific content?
A. Yes — Tech, Healthcare, Pharma/Biotech, Retail, FMCG, Education, Manufacturing, BFSI, Climate/Sustainability, Public Policy, and Government. We can also offer case studies on other sectors, as required, upon specific request.

Q5. How often is content updated?
A. Adhyayana: monthly bundles. Siddhi: full library + monthly adds + premium masterclasses. Sanrachana: co-created on agreed roadmap.

A. You are buying original IKS IP + cultural relevance + teaching design. With Siddhi/Sanrachana, you also get live instruction, licensing, and co-creation.

Q15. Do you offer pilots?
A. Yes. 30 to 45-day pilot (3–5 cases + one orientation). Pilot fees are creditable on upgrade.

CUSTOM (SANRACHANA)

Q19. What does “Sanrachana” include that ‘Siddhi’ does not?
A. Co-branded, bespoke cases, thematic programs (e.g., Bhishma and Governance, Krishna and Crisis), private workshops, extended usage rights, localization, and executive facilitation.

Q20. Can you align with our competencies or curriculum?
A. Yes. We map Indic frameworks to your leadership competencies, course outcomes, or corporate behavior.

Q21. Can we commission cases on our own context?

FIT BY PLAN (QUICK GUIDANCE)

A. Start with Adhyayana for program/course adoption; upgrade to Siddhi for institution-wide use; Sanrachana for co-branded programs and research chairs.

Q26. Which plan should an enterprise pick?
A. Siddhi for L&D libraries + leadership labs; Sanrachana for CXO offsites, talent academies, and culture/ethics interventions.

Q27. We already use Harvard / Ivey / IBS — why add Case Veda?
A. Case Veda’s cases include unique Indic, context-rich cases that solve the “relevance gap” in India/EMEA/APAC. Your learners get both global and civilizational lenses. Moreover, Case Veda exclusively offers IKS/Vedic case studies. After the introduction of NEP 2020, there is a renewed emphasis on integrating IKS into mainstream higher education and research ecosystems. Case Veda perfectly caters to this market and fills the gap.

Q28. Our budget is tight.
A. Start with Adhyayana + a targeted pilot, or choose Siddhi annual for the best per-user economics. Volume and multi-year discounts apply.

Q29. Will faculty/trainers be overburdened?
A. No — ready-to-teach packs, 90-minute onboarding, and Teaching Notes make adoption seamless.
